The Russian Plague is a high-gain doom fuzz and distortion pedal designed for players who demand crushing low end, endless sustain, and total control over their signal chain. Built specifically for doom, sludge, and heavy riff-driven music, this pedal delivers massive tone with no compromises.

At its core, the Russian Plague combines two legendary circuits:

• A modified Turbo Rat–style distortion for aggressive bite and midrange punch

• An untouched Civil War Muff fuzz circuit for thick saturation and colossal sustain

Each circuit has its own true bypass footswitch, allowing you to run distortion, fuzz, or both together. A dedicated order toggle switch lets you choose whether the distortion feeds into the fuzz or the fuzz feeds into the distortion—perfect for shaping everything from tight, grinding riffs to huge, blown-out walls of sound.

Whether you’re stacking distortion into fuzz or fuzz into distortion, the Russian Plague offers extreme flexibility while maintaining the raw character doom players expect.

The Russian Plague is housed in a rugged 1590BB2 enclosure (95mm × 125mm × 63mm) with a durable powder-coated finish and UV-printed artwork by All Things Rotten. Designed to withstand heavy touring and hard use, it’s as reliable as it is brutal.

Powered by a standard 9V negative-center power supply, the Russian Plague integrates easily into any pedalboard.
