Privia’s piano tones are sourced from recordings of world famous concert grand pianos. Casio applies advanced technologies to optimise pianists’ expressive capabilities by faithfully reproducing their individual keystroke characteristics and the changes in sound quality and volume produced by an acoustic piano with the passage of time.
TRI-SENSOR SCALED HAMMER ACTION KEYBOARD II
Further research in collaboration with C. Bechstein has given the new series of Grand Hybrids even greater pianistic realism. The new Grand Speaker System II has all new components and optimises the dynamic range for the chosen volume of the piano.
The new Pedal Simulator provides even greater control over the damper pedal, allowing for a more realistic recreation of an acoustic piano mechanism.
CASIO MUSIC SPACE
Compatibility with the Casio Music Space for Piano app adds the ability to perform such operations as display of built-in music scores in PDF format and piano tone colour setting. When connected to a smartphone or tablet display, the app makes a variety of functions available for piano performances.
